The slotted pattern includes extended holes with circular or square ends. These are produced in the side staggered or straight line pattern in the plain metal. The holes are punched through slotting that varies in length and width. It is offered in the several gauges, hole sizes, patterns and materials. The shape of hole is determined by the die shape such as for perforation in a slot hole pattern, the die is slot shaped.

The slotted hole is also known as oblong hole, perforated metal with oblong holes are the suitable solution when filtration or separation of liquids and solids is needed.
It is now produced by the most advanced wkc-2000 CNC punching equipment in China. Stepping motor feeding and PLC operation control make the product precision reach +/-0.15MM, and can punch plates within the range of 0.7-10mm.
The factory can provide a complete set of stamping, cutting, and leveling processes. We can also provide a series of follow-up processing for punched plates, including: cutting, labeling, packaging, degreasing, bending, etc.
